Ritzbury Honoured with Sri Lanka’s Highest Quality Award

Winner of National Quality Award for Large Scale Manufacturing

Ritzbury, the Number One Chocolate Brand in Sri Lanka from CBL Foods International (Pvt) Ltd., has secured the Sri Lanka National Quality Award (SLNQA) 2023 in the Manufacturing – Large Scale category, winning it for the second time. The achievement reflects Ritzbury’s continued commitment to world-class quality standards, strong governance, and the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality products, while contributing to Sri Lanka’s industrial growth.

The award was presented at the Sri Lanka National Quality Awards ceremony organised by the Sri Lanka Standards Institution, following a rigorous, multi-stage evaluation process that benchmarks organisations against internationally recognised quality and performance excellence frameworks.

The Sri Lanka National Quality Award is regarded as the country’s highest recognition for organisational excellence, modelled on globally accepted assessment systems including the Malcolm Baldrige framework. Participating organisations are evaluated across critical dimensions including leadership, strategy, customer focus, workforce engagement, process management, and measurable business results.
