E. B. Creasy & Co., PLC – BIC & DENTA Factory was recently recognized as a Winner at the Women-Led Sustainability Projects Appreciation Awards 2026. Presented under the Responsible Care Initiative at The Barnhouse, Panadura, the award celebrates the company’s ‘Awesi’ Project, as one of the year’s top 10 women-led projects, distinguished for its proven impact on safety, innovation, and workplace sustainability.

Led by Shanika Amarasekara, Executive - Quality Assurance, and Thilakshi Navodya, Executive - Energy & Sustainability, the ‘Awesi’ Project was recognized for its role as a significant and replicable model for inclusive industrial development. Organized by the Lanka Responsible Care Council (LRCC), the awards recognize organizations that demonstrate safe, responsible, and sustainable practices within the chemical sector. This achievement further reaffirms E. B. Creasy & Co., PLC – BIC and Denta Factory’s continued commitment towards improving health, safety and workplace sustainability.
