As a responsible corporate citizen, we recognise and appreciate the role they play to support communities and businesses, vaccination drives, and quarantine centers at this difficult time in history. This donation of Watawala Tea, which is Sri Lanka’s leading tea brand, is therefore a token of our deep appreciation of their hard work hard being carried out throughout this tough period,” said Sunshine Holdings Group Managing Director Vish Govindasamy.

“From the beginning of the lockdown, Sunshine Holdings has been playing an active role in assisting the government in their effort to curb the spread of COVID-19 through its subsidiaries and Sunshine Foundation for Good, the Group’s CSR arm.
