Sysco LABS recognized for Empowering Women in STEM at Women Friendly Workplace Awards 2025

Sysco LABS has been honored with a special award for Empowering Women in STEM at the Women Friendly Workplace Awards 2025, organized by Satynmag.

The recognition highlights Sysco LABS’ ongoing commitment to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within Sri Lanka’s technology sector. Over the past year, the company has expanded initiatives that enable women to pursue leadership opportunities, while supporting them with mentorship, skills development, and career advancement programs.

Notably, programs such as Sysco LABS APEX, the company’s women in leadership initiative, has already trained over 60 women to become impactful leaders.
