AfrinSri Lanka’s Dawoodi Bohra Community Donates Rs. 10 Million to Support Disaster-Affected people

In line with the Government’s programme to provide relief to those affected by the adverse weather conditions, the Sri Lanka Dawoodi Bohra community has donated Rs. 10 million to support relief efforts.
On behalf of His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin, the global head of the Dawoodi Bohra community, the donation cheque was handed over by Mr. Ibrahim Sainy, Chairman of the Sri Lanka Dawoodi Bohra Community, to Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, Secretary to the President, at the Presidential Secretariat this morning (02).
Representatives of the Dawoodi Bohra community expressed their appreciation for the Government’s ongoing efforts to assist those affected by the disaster and assured their continued support for future relief initiatives.
