Ocean Lanka honours long standing employee dedication

Ocean Lanka (Pvt) Ltd honoured 106 employees at its Sewa Abhiman Loyalty Awards 2026, celebrating their longstanding service and the contributions that have helped shape the company’s journey over three decades.

The awards recognised 49 employees completing 10 years of service, 49 employees completing 20 years, and eight employees reaching the milestone of 30 years. Coinciding with Ocean Lanka’s 30th anniversary, this year’s ceremony held special significance as the company recognised 30 years of employee service for the first time.

The eight employees celebrating three decades of service share a unique connection with Ocean Lanka’s history, having grown alongside the organisation from its early years. Their recognition was a tribute to the commitment, experience and enduring contribution of those who have been part of the company’s development throughout its journey. Together with the 10- and 20-year award recipients, these employees represent the collective effort behind Ocean Lanka’s progress.

Across departments and responsibilities, their contributions have helped maintain standards, strengthen operations and pass valuable knowledge on to colleagues.
