Sri Lanka’s domestic aviation facilities are to be improved to attract high-end tourists, Ports and Civil Aviation Minister Anura Karunathilake said, addressing a gathering yesterday (11) in Galle.
He announced plans to strengthen domestic aviation to boost tourism, with a programme geared towards supporting the development of the tourism industry. He pointed out that facilities provided to tourists must be enhanced if the country is to attract high-end tourists.
