AC Mahagedara Pvt Ltd honoured at Diamond Excellence Awards 2025

AC Mahagedara Pvt. Ltd., a rapidly growing air-conditioning (AC) distribution and service company, was recently recognised at the Diamond Excellence Awards 2025. The company received the award for Excellence in AC Distribution and Service Innovation at a ceremony held at the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo. The award was accepted by the company’s founder and Managing Director / CEO Gayan Buddhika. Founded in 2023, AC Mahagedara has quickly established itself in the island-wide AC market. In just two years, the company’s customer base has grown to over 10,000. It specialises in distributing air-conditioning units of all major brands and arranging installation services across Sri Lanka. 

Currently, the company operates three branches in Colombo and one in Kandy. Plans are underway to open additional branches in Anuradhapura, Kurunegala, and Galle later this year. AC Mahagedara also oversees three other AC distribution companies, further strengthening its reach across the country. The company employs more than 150 staff members island-wide. It offers customers the convenience of same-day installation services for homes, hotels, offices, and other business premises. Alongside distribution and installation, AC Mahagedara provides AC spare parts and related equipment, ensuring comprehensive service for its clients. Over the past two years, AC Mahagedara has built a reputation for reliability and responsive service. Its partnerships with leading AC brands allow the company to supply high-quality products and maintain competitive service standards.
