FM Vijitha Herath meets Australian Speaker to discuss parliamentary ties

Vijitha Herath, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism, met the Speaker of the Parliament of Australia, Milton Dick.

Discussions focused on strengthening parliamentary relations between Sri Lanka and Australia and expanding bilateral cooperation.

The Minister also observed Question Time in the Australian House of Representatives.

He noted discussions on democratic processes and parliamentary practices during the visit.
