Shape Homes inks agreement with Lankan Ravs Realtors, Australia

Shape Homes, a prominent property developer in Australia, run by ID Corp Group, has entered into a strategic agreement with Ravs Realtors, a Sri Lankan managed dominant company in the real estate market in Australia.

This partnership aims to sell off their extensive property stock to a wider range of clients, both locally and overseas including Sri Lankans, expanding their reach.

The new deal allows Shape Homes to utilize Ravs Realtors’ extensive network and expertise in dealing with various clientele, while at the same time, enabling Ravs Realtors to add more diverse properties to its portfolio. This move is anticipated to boost the Australian real estate market, providing prospective buyers a wide array of quality properties to choose from. It is also expected to attract more foreign investments, further stimulating the economy.

Founding Chairman, Ravs Realtors, Ravindra Sri (Rav Sri) Panditharathne said that through this partnership Sri Lankans too can invest in the Australian real estate market. Both companies are confident that this collaboration will prove to be mutually beneficial and usher in new opportunities.

The ID Corp group of companies holds a USD 3.5 billion portfolio spanning property development, construction, and funds management.
