At Company level, United Motors Lanka PLC recorded a profit of Rs. 2.20 billion, up from Rs. 338 million in the previous year, representing an increase of Rs. 1.86 billion and a growth of 551 percent.

The performance was primarily supported by the recovery in vehicle sales following the reopening of vehicle imports, along with the continued momentum in after-sales operations and the export of locally manufactured trailers through Dutch Lanka Trailers.

Having a diversified portfolio, ranging from entry-level passenger vehicles to SUVs, as well as a range of commercial vehicles including trucks and buses, helped capture demand across different segments.

With a strengthened operational base, a diversified product offering, and improving market conditions, United Motors Lanka PLC enters the new financial year well positioned to sustain growth and deliver long-term value to shareholders and customers.
