Sysco LABS Toastmaster Secures Podium Finish at Divisional Contest

Sysco LABS Toastmasters Club recorded a significant milestone at the Divisional Toastmasters Contest held recently, where Afreen Rumie, Senior Project Lead at Sysco LABS and President of the club, secured 2nd Place in the Table Topics Speech Contest. Competing against leading speakers from four areas within District 82, Afreen advanced through competitive club and area-level rounds to reach the divisional stage, standing out among nearly 500 contestants across Sri Lanka. 

The achievement highlights Sysco LABS’ continued investment in building confident communicators and future-ready leaders through platforms such as its Toastmasters Club, which fosters public speaking, leadership development, and personal growth.
