Sun Siyam Group appoints Deepak Buneddy as Group CEO

Mr. Deepak Buneddy was recently appointed as the new Group CEO of Sun Siyam Group, a leading hotel group focused on the Indian Ocean region. The new appointment will further enhance the long-term growth, brand development and leadership of the group. Mr. Deepak Buneddy, who has served as the CEO of Sun Siyam Resorts, has made a significant contribution to the recent business transformation of the Sun Siyam Group. His contributions were particularly notable in a number of areas, including brand repositioning, innovation of travel experiences and other strategic initiatives, and he was able to elevate the Sun Siyam Group as a luxury global brand.

Furthermore, under his leadership, Sun Siyam Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives achieved significant growth, gaining an international reputation and growing demand for foreign tourism.
