Russel's Group of Companies Announces February 2026 Award Recipients

Russel's Group of Companies formally recognized its February 2026 Monthly Award Recipients, honoring employees who demonstrated exceptional performance, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining the Group’s high standards of operational and service excellence. The February award winners were Ms. R. M. K. Rosie – Employee of the Month; Ms. Madushani – Best Catering Stewardess of the Month; Ms. Inoka – Outstanding Stewardess of the Month; Mr. Shalinda – Most Hardworking Staff Member of the Month; and Mr. P. R. Thilina Chathuranga – Outstanding Steward of the Month. Each recipient was selected based on consistent performance, dedication to duty, teamwork, and contribution toward service quality and operational efficiency.

The awards were presented by members of the senior leadership team, including Jehan Perera, Director of Strategy; Rashen Perera, Director Operations; Pulasthi Udupldeniya, Finance Manager; and Sandra Hamer, Catering Coordinator of Russel's Group of Companies.
