PMF Finance PLC Appoints Ivon Brohier as Chief Operating Officer to Drive Strategic and Operational Growth

PMF Finance PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Ivon Brohier as its new Chief Operating Officer, reinforcing the company’s strategic direction and operational agility as it continues its transformation journey. With more than 19 years of leadership in Sri Lanka’s financial services industry, Ivon brings deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and business development.

Her career includes leadership roles at several prominent financial institutions, where she has consistently delivered results anchored in financial discipline and visionary governance. Ivon began her professional journey at KPMG Ford Rhodes Thornton & Co. as a Tax Analyst, before moving on to AMW Capital Leasing & Finance PLC, where she served as Senior Finance Manager for over a decade. She then joined Nations Trust Bank PLC as Senior Manager – Financial Reporting and Control, before advancing to Abans Finance PLC as Chief Financial Officer and later Acting CEO.

Most recently, she held executive leadership roles at Softlogic Finance PLC, including CFO, Acting CEO, and eventually Chief Executive Officer. She currently serves as Chairperson and Independent Non-Executive Director of MBSL Insurance Limited, further underscoring her reputation for integrity and excellence in corporate governance.

Ms. Brohier is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and an MBA from the University of Colombo.
