JXG honoured among Sri Lanka's most outstanding women friendly workplaces at Women Friendly Workplace Awards 2025

JXG (Janashakthi Group) has been honoured as ‘One of Sri Lanka’s Most Outstanding Women Friendly Workplaces’ at the SATYN Women Friendly Workplace Awards 2025, celebrating the Group’s role as a champion for women in the workplace, embedding gender equity, inclusivity, and wellbeing into every layer of operations.

This honour recognizes JXG's pioneering efforts in fostering a truly inclusive environment, surpassing compliance to create a culture where women feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. Women make up 59% of JXG’s workforce, significantly above the private-sector average of 35%, and hold key roles in senior management, proving that gender representation is not only a target but a lived reality.

The award also reaffirms the Group’s holistic approach, of integrating women's wellbeing into every operational layer, from boardroom representation and leadership development to daily workplace experiences including flexibility, childcare support, and wellness initiatives.
