Henry Steel Olcott cricket from 23 Jan.

The 24th edition of the Colonel Henry Steel Olcott Memorial Cricket Tournament is scheduled to be played from 23-25 January at the Colonel G. W. Rajapakse Stadium, Ananda College, Colombo.

This was disclosed by the Ananda College Old Boys Association the organisers behind the event during a media conference held at the school premises on Wednesday (14).

The upcoming tournament is set to bring together 10 premier Olcott schools and they are namely Ananda College Colombo, Dharmaraja College Kandy, Maliyadeva College Kurunegala, Mahinda College Galle, Dharmasoka College Ambalangoda, Rahul College Matara, Nalanda College Colombo, Dharmapala College Pannipitiya, Vijaya College Matale and Sri Rahula College Katugastota.

The forthcoming competition is set to feature a six-a-side tournament including teams from the ten Olcott schools and a T10 League featuring old boys’ teams from the same schools.
