EDEX Kandy career fair will feature 'Softskills for Effective Leadership' by senior corporate personality and Executive Consultant, Royal Colombo Golf Club Sunil Dissanayake tomorrow.The session will be among the guest talks by several prominent corporate personalities.Dissanayaka will speak on 20 key soft skills identified from his 50-year corporate career holding senior positions in significant organisations in Sri Lanka and abroad.
Soft skills are identified as intangibles, the practice of which determines the success of effective leadership by leaders in any sector.This session will be informative for final Ordinary and Advanced Level students, attending the EDEX career fair in Kandy on 17 February 2024 at 12.00 PM.EDEX Kandy edition of the career fair will be held from 17 and 18 February 2024 at the Kandy City Center.
