80The Department of Examinations of Sri Lanka has announced that the deadline for submitting applications for the 2026 G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination is today (24) midnight.
According to an official statement from the Commissioner General of Examinations, A. K. S. Indika Kumari Liyanage, applications have been accepted exclusively through the online platform from March 24 to 24 April, 2026.
The department has emphasized that the application process will be fully closed after midnight today, and no further extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
