The evaluation covered three clusters: Strategic, Operational, and Impact and Sustainability, across ten standards addressing areas including learning and development strategy, people management, leadership and management, recognition and reward, performance measurement and continuous improvement. The team submitted a comprehensive report documenting its initiatives, achievements and best practices over the previous year, followed by an independent field audit to validate the practices presented.
Commenting on the achievement, Sudeepa Weerasekera, Head of Sales, Beverages Category, said, “Our sales force plays a vital role in connecting our beverages business with customers across Sri Lanka. This recognition reflects our commitment to equipping our people with the skills, knowledge and confidence to strengthen customer relationships and contribute to business growth.”
