Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Sanken Group Deputy CEO Mevan Gunatilleke appreciated the Sri Lankan banks NTB and DFCC for their robust assistance with strategic projects, and emphasised the importance of similar novel models to bring foreign exchange to Sri Lanka. Sanken continues to contribute to more than 80% of Sri Lanka’s export income from construction services.

For nearly three decades, JW Marriott has evolved to own an enviable niche in the growing luxury tier within Marriott International, the global hospitality brand.

Also, Sanken Overseas (Pvt.) Ltd. was able to achieve the NCE award winner for Sri Lanka’s highest net foreign exchange earner last year (2020).
