The flexible Invoicing Module ensures customers are offered a range of option for their reservations, payment receipts, deposits, invoice layouts, choice of language for foreign customers etc. The real-time tracking of housekeeping via the Housekeeping Module arranges the setting up of various tasks automatically being assigned for every reservation based on duration or other criteria. Activities can be updated in real-time ascertaining the cleanliness/room maintenance status of the accommodation. The Customer Relationship Management Module helps to connect with customers while managing hotel promotions.
