A Feast to Ring in 2026 at Quizine, Level 9, brings together a festive spread of classic carvery favourites and seasonal desserts, ideal for families and groups looking to celebrate in a warm, convivial setting.

For a refined culinary journey, Midnight in Tokyo at Yoroko, Level 23, serves an elegant six-course menu highlighting contemporary Japanese flavours. The experience features tuna tartare on crispy rice, shrimp fritters with yuzu, live hand-rolled sushi, grilled Hokkaido scallops, flambéed wagyu, and a delicate mochi ice cream finale.

At Bistro des Marées, Level 23, Seven Senses of New Year’s Eve offers seven carefully curated courses paired with fine spirits for a luxurious dining experience. Meanwhile, Seven Courses to Midnight at Staten Bar & Grill, Level 23, features dishes such as Scottish salmon terrine, lobster and prawn chowder, and U.S. Prime Beef Wellington, with the celebration continuing at the after-party at Gatz.
